The Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) released a report, estimating that by 2032, the US will more than triple its chip manufacturing capacity and control 28% of the production of advanced chips below 10nm, largely due to the introduction of the CHIPS and Science Act.

China is expected to produce only 2% of the most advanced chips by 2032.
